Our target partner organizations are existing, small, non-profits, primarily those operated by or benefiting underrepresented groups. Each organization undergoes a review by our team to review if they are a fit for support from our organization.

Project Managers receive a list of interested volunteers in our community for each project. Teams are created to match the partner organization's needs with our volunteers most aligned with supporting them. All volunteers who apply for a project, regardless of whether selected or denied, will receive an email notification with updates.
It depends on the project type; anywhere from two to six volunteers.
Projects are anywhere from three to five weeks, depending on complexity.
