"Being a part of benefit.design has allowed me to see what it means to empower others through opportunities and leadership. While I was fulfilling my Project Manager position, I communicated with volunteers who were looking for full-time jobs outside of volunteering. They were looking for advice and were concerned about transitioning careers. But I was able to provide guidance and my support during and outside of the project; in the end, a few of the volunteers had actually found new positions. It felt amazing to provide support as a leader and support their goals to fruition."

Currently, they only have a private Facebook group and Instagram page. Since LSI is fairly new, they would like extra help on expanding their social media presence and getting the word out about the group. They would also like more information about trademarking. For marketing content, they need help in making a business card, weekly newsletter, and a flyer for their upcoming summer camp. Additionally, they would like a logo for their annual summer camp.
